Summit Refund Policy
Limitations of Remedies and Liability
If the product is proven to be defective, the exclusive remedy, at the manufacturer’s discretion, shall be a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the defective product. Manufacturer shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages whether direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence and construct reliability. Manufacturer expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranty, for merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Our policy lasts within a year of manufacture. If a year has lapsed since the date of manufacture, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, we will provide you an address to return your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Summit Shipping Policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the us for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which could take an additional 2–4 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by UPS Ground.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Usually arrives within 5-7 business days. Delivery excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
UPS 2nd Day Air:
2nd Day orders placed Monday-Friday by 12PM ET will ship out same day, Saturday-Sunday orders will ship the following Monday, all pending credit card verification. Orders placed on Holidays will ship the first business day following the holiday. Delivery excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
Next Day Air:
Next Day Air orders placed Monday-Friday by 12PM ET will ship out same day, Saturday-Sunday orders will ship the following Monday, all pending credit card verification. Orders placed on Holidays will ship the first business day following the holiday. Delivery excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
